Make your Values the foundation for living an authentic life!

SPECIAL NEW SUBSCRIBER OFFER

What’s important to you in life? What are the things you hold dear? Who do you want to be as a person?

Your Values are the things that form the core of who you are. They encompass the things you’re passionate about and the causes for which you stand.

For example, you may be undecided about entering into an intimate relationship. Once you’re clearer on what you want from a relationship and the type of partner you’d like to be, you’re in a better position to decide how you want to move forward.

Or perhaps you’re not happy in your job, but aren’t sure how you want things to be different. If you’re more aware of what’s important to you when it comes to your career, this will help you gain clarity of how you want things to change.

It can be hard to think about change when you’re unsure of your Values, as these are the ‘guide posts’ for your change journey. Without a sense of our Values we might feel a lack of direction, and it may be difficult to identify the changes we want to make.

I know what it’s like to want things to be different, but not knowing where to start. However, once I established my Values it was easier to see which areas of my life weren’t aligned to these Values and how I might go about changing them.

I’m Jo, a Psychologist and Coach, and have worked in the mental health and wellbeing field since 2008.

Over the years I’ve helped many people get clear on what they value in life so they can use these Values to help guide them towards change.

There have been times throughout my life where I’ve been stuck and wanted things to be different. Some of the changes I wanted were exciting whilst others were anxiety-provoking – both types could be equally overwhelming! However, what helped keep me grounded and gave me direction were the Values I held close.

Living by our Values helps us to stay true to who we are. Once you’re clear on your Values these can serve as a foundation from which you decide on the changes you want to make, without compromising your authenticity.

In this 75 minute session, I’ll help you get clear on your Values and what’s really important to you.

We’ll identify the areas of your life which currently align with your Values and those where you want to focus your attention.

By the end of our session you’ll know which areas you’d like to change and how to make those changes in a way which remains true to who you are .

Your one-off investment for the Values Call is £150.

Who is this call for?

This one-off, super focused session is for people who want clarity on what’s really important to them, so that they can get clear on how they want their lives to be different and the changes they need to make.

Imagine how empowering it would be to get clear on your Values and the things that are important to you.

What would it be like to have your Values as the foundation from which you identify the changes you want to make?

How would it feel to change your life in a way which is authentic to who you are?

I know how hard it can be to find even a small amount of time to focus on “you”.

We’ve often got so many other things going on that it can feel like it’s “just another thing” to fit in.  Equally, there may be lots of other things you’d rather spend your money on.

However, can you really put a price on being able to live authentically? And, if you can go from ‘stuck’ to ‘unstuck’ in just over an hour, wouldn’t that be time well spent?

FAQ’s

What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership which empowers clients to realise their personal and professional potential. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and have the answers within you. My role is to use my training and expertise to guide you to those answers and help you move closer towards your goals.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is about identifying where you are now, where you’d like to be, and working on how to get there. In contrast, therapy tends to focus more on the past and how it might be stopping you from living and enjoying life in the here and now. In coaching we may identify aspects of your past which are keeping you stuck in the present, but we use these as a guide for how to do things differently and to move forward. If you think therapy is more suited to your needs then please take a look at the therapeutic approaches I offer.

Is coaching for me?

Are you feeling stuck in life and not sure which direction to take? Perhaps there are significant life changes ahead and you’re worried about how to navigate them? Maybe you’re unhappy with life and want things to be different? If any of these sound familiar then coaching is for you!

Are sessions confidential?

Any information that you discuss may only be shared outside of the sessions in exceptional circumstances. If you disclose that you, or someone known to you, may be at risk of harm then confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, this information may need to be shared with a third party. Any disclosures of illegal activities by yourself, or someone you know, will need to be shared with the appropriate agencies.

To maintain ethical practice I attend coaching supervision. Information relating to your sessions may be shared with my supervisor to support me with my practice. These supervision sessions are confidential, within certain limits, and more information is given in my coaching agreement which I ask clients to sign prior to working with me.

Can I book more than one session?

This is a one-off coaching session focused on helping you get clear on your Values which you can use to help guide you towards change. If you think you may want multiple sessions then please take a look at which of my coaching packages might be suitable for you.

If you have any questions which aren’t answered here then please get in touch.
